What is the largest size you can print on Foam Core?
Answer
Foam core boards come in 48" x 96" sheets, and the largest single foam core print is 46" x 90", a little smaller than the raw sheet to allow for clean trimming.
- Maximum print size: 46" x 90" per board.
- Larger displays: split the design across multiple panels, or ask about alternative rigid or fabric substrates.
- Keep important content away from panel seams so nothing critical falls on a join.
- Foam core is lightweight yet rigid, which makes it ideal for signage, presentations and event displays up to that size.
Standard sizes run from 16" x 20" to 40" x 60", or choose Any Size from 8" to 46" wide by 8" to 90" high. Nothing wider than 46" is made as one piece. 30" x 40" is the largest size UPS ships.
