Can I add special delivery instructions for my order?

Yes. If your delivery location has quirks, add them as instructions so the carrier or messenger can plan around them. Contact 4OVER4 support before or after placing the order with the details and we will attach a production note to your order.

• Limited building or receiving hours
• Gate codes, buzzer numbers, or security check-in steps
• Loading dock or freight elevator access
• Holiday closures or days no one will be on site
• A preferred contact person and phone number

The more specific the note, the better the odds the delivery lands inside your availability window on the first attempt.
