The good: I loved the process. I didn't think I would, actually, as I'm used to seeing proofs instantly on other websites. But the review process went fast, the proofs were ready very quickly online and I got emails informing me of every step in the process. I found it all reassuring in a way. It felt like a real person was checking the images and making sure they were good to go. It took some of the stress off me. The printing quality was great, a good sheen on the bookmarks. They were cut neatly, and printed consistently. Things that could be slightly improved: I feel like the coloring was a little muted compared to the image files. But That might have been because I loaded jpegs and 4over4 advises that PDFs are best for printing. So it could totally be my fault. The packaging was really thoughtful, lots of padding. But the bookmarks were held together with bands and placed side-by-side, which meant any movement knocked them together and caused a little wearing on the bookmark edges. But the issue was SO minor. I'd still 1000% buy them again. 4over4 has been my favorite printing experience to date. Thanks!

I'm going to be honest: I was apprehensive about using 4OVER4 when I ordered these bookmarks. It was a company I hadn't heard of, and the prices seemed too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised on a number of levels. First of all, when I ordered, I got the online proof of my bookmark and realized the file I had uploaded was not high enough resolution, so I emailed the customer support email to request that new images be uploaded. Not only did a real person respond (as opposed to an automated system), but she advised me that the font I had chosen would likely not produce good results, prompting me to revise my design. She was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of frustration/money, when she certainly didn't have to. My bookmarks arrived on time, and they were perfect. I was so impressed with these bookmarks that I ordered business cards and gift certificates as well. Put your trust in these guys. It's totally worth it!
