What thickness and material construction do the aluminum sign panels have?
Our Aluminum Sign Panels are a 3mm thick aluminum composite material made with two 0.020" aluminum sheets on the outside, permanently bonded to a solid polyethylene core. Can I customize aluminum sign panels with my own size and shape?
Yes. You can customize your aluminum sign panels with scale sizes to your needs, and we can do custom die cuts so the panel can be cut to shape. You can use our online designer tool to create your design, upload your own design, or use our templates to customize your aluminum sign panels.
How long does production take for custom printed aluminum sign panels?
Production time isn’t specified in the product description. If you need a specific turnaround or want to ask about rush options, contact our team by calling 718-932-2700 or using live chat Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST. We’ll confirm timing based on your custom size and die-cut needs.
What's the minimum order cost for aluminum sign panels?
The minimum starting price for Aluminum Sign Panels is 29.00. The product description doesn’t list a minimum quantity requirement, and orders are typically priced based on your selected size, printing, and any custom die cuts. If you need help estimating cost for your project, call 718-932-2700 or chat live with a rep.
Do you provide templates or an online designer for setting up my artwork?
Yes. You can use our online designer tool to create your design, upload your own file, or use our templates—our online designer includes templates for Aluminum Sign Panels. Since these panels are often used for storefront and building signage, setting up clean, print-ready artwork helps ensure your brand and text reproduce sharply.
Is this panel more dent-resistant than standard 0.040" aluminum sheets?
Yes. Our custom printed aluminum sign panels are described as thicker and sturdier than standard 0.040" thick aluminum, making them far less likely to incur dents and dings that ordinary aluminum can. They can also be easily drilled and cut to shape, and are commonly mounted directly onto another surface for signage.
