Catalogs Printing Online
One of the best ways for any company to get the word out about its goods, services, and mission is to invest in catalog printing. Mailed catalogs allow people to view a group’s offerings all from the comforts of their own home. However, not all catalogs are created equally. This is why businesses need to take the time to find a reliable online printing group to work with. The right group understands the ins and outs of business printing practices. The following are some benefits to investing in catalogs from a printing company like 4over4.com.
Experience Producing Catalogs The best online printing groups like 4over4.com offer a wide range of options when it comes to the design and manufacturer of such options. The staff can guide people when designing catalogs that represent the focus of a business. Additionally, such online businesses also understand how to produce catalogs in mass quantities and how to produce these marketing items using the best priced paper and ink. Thus, even if a business has never before printed and used a catalog, online groups can no doubt help with this process. Inexpensive Marketing Tool Catalogs are far less expensive than opening up a physical store location or running advertisements on billboards or in local publications. If the catalog is correctly designed, then this item will be kept and perused by the entire family and possibly in business locations. Catalog printing is a smart option because it is effective if costs are kept low. Online groups understand that high quality paper and ink should be used so that a business is best represented. However, it is also important to keep costs low. For example, the less a catalog weighs, the cheaper it will be to mail to prospective clients. Buying in bulk will help this process as will exploring a variety of paper, ink, and design options. Custom printing groups understand this and will work with businesses to produce eye-catching catalogs for a low price. Business printing is an important investment for any group. This is the chance to show people what a business has to offer. Investing in a design and printing business means looking at what they have to offer in terms of design and printing experience as well as quoted prices. The right group can help a business best market itself without going into debt.

Since the bleed extends 1/8" all around the card, your document set-up should be 1/4" taller (1/8" on top and 1/8" on the bottom) and 1/4" wider (1/8" on the left and 1/8" on the right) than the finished size of the card. The chart below indicates what the document set-up should be for a particular finished size.
Be aware that text or images too close to the TRIM LINE (shown in SOLID PINK) will be cut off. Make sure that your background image extends 1/8" past the TRIM LINE.
In the above illustration, the background image needs to extend to the BLUE LINE. Be sure to extend the background image to bleed or the white of the paper may show in the final cut down product. The chart above indicates what the document set-up should be for a particular finished size
