Our 4OVER4.COM team is focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and partners. We have always considered the safety of our employees as paramount while continuing to provide our customers with the level of service they have come to expect. At 4OVER4COM, we are doing our share to contain the spread of the virus. In addition to the recommended standards, we have implemented rigorous protocols.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all offices and manufacturing facilities.
  • Redundant hand sanitizers, wipes, and other cleaning stations are deployed at all high volume touchpoints.
  • Every employee has his/her own safety station with a kit of face masks, gloves, an individual liter of cleaning agent solution, and a separate liter of disinfectant solution.
  • Where we had 1 shift in some of our operations, we have switched to 2 or 3 shift operations to lessen the concentration of employees at any given time.
  • In addition to the above-mentioned cleaning procedures, we have adjusted the production schedules to include a minimum of 30-minute interval gaps between shifts to disinfect equipment, work stations, locker rooms, break areas, and all other touchpoints at the beginning and at the end of every shift.
  • Eliminated all non-essential outside visitors, customers or vendors to our facilities.
  • Suspended all Customer Pick-up Services.
  • Have already instituted work from home arrangements where feasible.
  • All office staff that is not part of the manufacturing production process is working from home.
  • We have moved equipment where feasible so staff is further apart.
  • We have prepared our teams and employees to respond quickly to developments that could impact our operations, leveraging the considerable insights we have received from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, our insurance company, and local government
  • We are closely monitoring the ongoing public response to this situation, assessing how any local guidelines may affect our employees and customers, in order to minimize any disruptions to customer work.
  • We have updated contingency plans and added redundancy to key production activities across our network of facilities, to make sure we can meet all commitments to our customers.
