Bolt one to a pole in a parking lot, screw it to a fence along a private road, or mount it on a wall as a hazard warning. Plain and dry-erase aluminum signs are on [aluminum signs printing](https://www.4over4.com/aluminum-signs-printing). ### What Is a Reflective Aluminum Panel A reflective aluminum panel is a rigid outdoor sign for parking rules, private roads, wayfinding and fire-lane warnings. Aluminum does not rust, and at an eighth of an inch it stays flat on a post instead of bowing, and it takes corner rounding and drilled holes cleanly. For the same aluminum sign without the film, see [Aluminum Signs](https://www.4over4.com/product/aluminum-signs). ### How Does the Reflective Finish Work An ordinary printed sign scatters light in every direction, so at night only a fraction of a headlight beam finds its way back to the driver. A retroreflective film returns light along the path it arrived on, toward the headlight and the eyes of the person just behind it. In daylight the panel reads like a normal sharp print. The configurator lists the face only as Reflective Film, so no grade, candela rating or reflectivity lifespan is stated here. ### What Can You Customize on a Reflective Aluminum Panel Enter the exact size the job needs and print on both sides when the sign faces two ways; the second side adds 80% to the panel price. Holes come at all 4 corners, the top corners only, or center top and bottom, so the panel arrives ready for the fixings you already have. Send it straight to production, or ask for a free online proof and approve the layout first. The panel below lists the ink, hole and proof choices the way the configurator groups them. ### Reflective Aluminum Panels , Configured Your Way 3 option groups, 8 choices, defaults: 4/0: 4 Color Front; Blank Back ### How Much Do Reflective Aluminum Panels Cost The total follows the size you enter and the finishing you add, so a small parking placard and a large road panel cost different amounts, and the configurator shows the number before you commit. No. 4OVER4 does not certify these panels to DOT or MUTCD regulatory sign standards. They suit parking, property, direction and business signs that need to read after dark, so a sign a road authority must approve should come from a supplier who certifies to that spec. ### Which hole pattern fits a post? Center top and bottom lines up with a single square post, and all 4 corners suits a wall or a frame. Questions about Reflective Aluminum Panels?
