Baby shower thank you cards let you upload a photo of the baby, print it full color, and mail a card that gets propped on a fridge instead of dropped in the recycling. They close the loop whether you send 25 after a small shower or hundreds after a big one. Count the gifts: 50 thank you cards cost $25.27, so thanking a big shower costs far less per card than thanking a small one. ### Print more, pay less per card 41 quantity tiers, 25 to 100,000 cards - Quantity: 100 cards - Per card: 42.8¢ - Box total: $42.84 - You save: 0% 42.8¢ per card at 100, 2.26¢ at 100,000 ### What Are Baby Shower Thank You Cards Baby shower thank you cards are small custom cards you send after the shower to thank guests by name for their gifts and their time. Because you print your own photo and message, each card feels personal instead of generic, the kind a new grandparent keeps on the fridge. For a card that opens, the [Folded Thank You Cards](https://www.4over4.com/product/folded-thank-you-cards) give you four sides to write on. ## Baby Shower Thank You Card Designs and Templates You are not starting from a blank rectangle. Pick a starting point below, drop in your wording, and the design templates and blank templates further down this page open in the online designer or download for your own software. Here are five styles to start from. ### The photo card The card guests keep on the fridge. One good picture of the baby fills the front, the thank you sits on the back, and the 5" x 7" size gives the photo room to breathe. Print it on a gloss stock so skin tones stay warm, and leave the safe margin clear of the baby's face so nothing important sits near the trim. ### Illustrated animal Bears, bunnies, elephants and woodland scenes, usually paired with a soft palette. It reads as a nursery rather than a stationery set, and it works when you are sending the same card to every guest instead of personalizing each one. Uncoated or cream stock suits the hand-drawn look better than a high gloss. ### Floral An elegant thank you card: a botanical border or a watercolor spray with the message set inside it. This is the one to print on linen or metallic pearl, where the texture and the shimmer do half the work and the design stays simple. ### Minimal type The baby's name in large type, a thank you line, nothing else. On the 6" x 6" square it looks like a keepsake announcement rather than a note, and on the ultra-thick 24pt cover it feels like one too. This is also the fastest style to personalize, because only the name changes between versions. ### Kraft Brown kraft stock with a single ink color, usually paired with a simple line illustration. It has a handmade look that suits a small shower, and it is the style that most rewards a handwritten note inside, since the surface takes a pen well. Whatever style you choose, check it at the size you are ordering before approving the proof. A design built for the 5" x 7" often needs its type resized to hold up at 4.25" x 5.5". ### What Size Should a Baby Shower Thank You Card Be Pick the size by how much you want to say. The 4.25" x 5.5" card is the classic note, quick to write and cheap to mail. The 5" x 7" gives a photo of the baby room to breathe with a longer message underneath. The 6" x 6" square reads like a keepsake worth propping on a shelf. ### Baby Shower Thank You Cards , Configured Your Way 6 option groups, 40 choices, defaults: 14pt Gloss Cover, 4/0: 4 Color Front; Blank Back, Standard Finish Here are a few easy ways to make the card feel special. #### Pick a stock that suits the moment Cream and uncoated covers take a handwritten line in pen. Linen and kraft add texture you can feel, and the metallic pearl stocks give a gentle shimmer without foil. The default 14pt Gloss Cover keeps photos crisp and the price low, the 24pt ultra thick cover feels substantial, and a High Gloss UV coating makes a baby photo snap. #### Add the finishing touches Soften the edges with rounded corners in a 1/8" or 3/8" radius. Print full color on the front with a blank or black back, or full color on both sides when you want a message and a photo to share the card. #### Start from a thank you template Pick a layout in our [thank you card design templates](https://www.4over4.com/design-templates/thank-you-cards) and drop in the baby's photo, your colors and a line of thanks in the online editor. Placing the baby photo yourself? The [blank baby shower thank you card template](https://www.4over4.com/blank-templates/baby-shower-thank-you-cards) for your size marks the 1/8" bleed and the safe margin, so a face never sits on the trim. ## Wally sends thanks the baby deserves Why a $19.77 set of 25 closes the shower on the right note. A set of 25 baby shower thank you cards costs $19.77, and each one thanks a guest by name with a photo of the new arrival. Pick from 20 stocks, add matching white wove envelopes, and set your speed. Wally prints them full color and gets the set in your hands fast, even same-day. ### Press-Ready Blank Templates 1 blank layout, at 4.25" x 5.5", with the cut and safe margins marked - [Flat Thank You Cards From $19.77 for 25](https://www.4over4.com/blank-templates/flat-thank-you-cards) [Browse more](https://www.4over4.com/blank-templates/flat-thank-you-cards) ### How Much Do Baby Shower Thank You Cards Cost A set of 700 runs $106.55 and 6,000 run $238.14, close to 4 cents each. The slider below covers the first six tiers, from 25 to 400 cards. ### Baby Shower Thank You Cards Price By Quantity 25 for $19.77 ( 79.1¢ each) up to 400 for $69.20 ( 17.3¢ each) - $19.77 79.1¢ per unit, 25 25 units 400, Up to 78% less per unit at 400 ### Are Envelopes Included Only if you add them: the Matching White Wove option ships an envelope for every card, ready to address. Before anything prints, you can request a free online proof to check the photo, spelling and color, or send it straight to production if you are confident. #### Envelope sizes and how they close Matching white wove envelopes are an add-on, sized to the card you order. The three card sizes map onto the standard greeting card envelope formats: the 4.25" x 5.5" card pairs with the A2 format, the 5" x 7" card with the A7 format, and the 6" x 6" card with a square envelope, so a card slides in with the small clearance that keeps it from binding at the corners. If you want a color other than white, a lined flap, a printed return address or a heavier envelope than the one included, order them separately from [invitation envelopes](https://www.4over4.com/product/invitation-envelopes) and match them to the card size you have chosen here. ## What to Write in a Baby Shower Thank You Card The rule that makes these easy: name the gift, say what it will be used for, and thank them for coming. Two sentences and a signature is a finished card. Replace the brackets with your own names and gifts. ### For a gift you received - "Thank you so much for the [gift]. It is already in the nursery waiting for [baby's name], and we think of you every time we look at it." - "[Name], thank you for the [gift]. You clearly know exactly what a new parent actually needs, and we are so grateful." ### For money or a gift card - "Thank you for your generous gift. We put it toward the [item] we had been saving for, and it is the thing we now use every single day." - "Thank you for the gift card. It let us choose exactly what we still needed once the nursery came together, which was a real help." ### For a guest who came without a gift - "Thank you for coming to celebrate with us. Having you there was the part of the day we will remember." - "It meant a great deal to have you with us. Thank you for making the time, and we cannot wait for you to meet [baby's name]." ### For whoever hosted the shower - "Thank you for hosting such a beautiful shower. The food, the decorations and the effort behind all of it did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful." - "You gave us a day we will always remember. Thank you for the planning, the hosting and for looking after everyone so we could enjoy it." ### For a gift sent from far away - "Thank you for the [gift] that arrived all the way from [place]. We were sorry you could not be there, and we hope to introduce you to [baby's name] soon." - "Thank you for thinking of us from so far away. The [gift] is perfect, and we will send you a photo of [baby's name] using it." Handwrite the name at the top and sign at the bottom even when the body is printed. It is what makes a printed card feel personal. ### How Do These Compare to the Rest of the Range The comparison below puts these cards beside folded, letterpress and velvet thank you cards with the starting price of each. ### The smart pick in thank you cards Baby Shower Thank You Cards beside Folded Thank You Cards, Letterpress Thank You Cards, Velvet Thank You Cards, out of 18 thank you cards styles - Lowest entry price in the category, $19.77, [Flat Thank You Cards](https://www.4over4.com/product/flat-thank-you-cards), and 14 more at this price, the cheapest way into the category - Most-reviewed style in the category, 100 reviews, Flat Thank You Cards, the category's top-reviewed pick at 5.0★ #### Baby Shower Thank You Cards - Min price $19.77, Paper / stock 14pt Gloss Cover, Finish Standard Finish, Default qty 25, Turnaround 3 business days, Rating ★ 4.9 (19) #### Folded Thank You Cards - Min price $38.22, Paper / stock 14pt Gloss Cover, Finish Standard Finish, Default qty 25, Turnaround 5 business days, Rating ★ 5.0 (26) #### Letterpress Thank You Cards - Min price $220.20, Paper / stock 16pt Silk Laminated, Finish ·, Default qty 100, Turnaround 10 business days, Rating ★ 4.8 (16) #### Velvet Thank You Cards - Min price $251.36, Paper / stock 16 Point Soft Velvet Laminated, Finish ·, Default qty 500, Turnaround 7 business days, Rating ★ 5.0 (25) ### How Fast Can You Get Baby Shower Thank You Cards These cards print on a 3 business day standard turnaround, and when a date sneaks up you can move that to 2-day, Next-Day or even Same-Day production.
