# What do I need to show to pick up a package from UPS?

To collect a package from UPS, the person picking it up must present a valid photo ID whose name matches the name on the package. If the names do not match, the package cannot be released to that person. Valid ID required: a current, government-issued photo ID. Name must match: the ID name has to match the name on the package. Mismatch: someone whose ID matches the name on the package needs to do the pickup.

Collecting a UPS package takes a current government-issued photo ID whose name matches the package, otherwise someone with a matching ID must pick it up.
