# Can postcards with rounded corners be mailed?

Rounded-corner postcards can be mailed, but the postal service only allows a specific corner radius for automated processing. Anything outside that spec still ships, it just needs an envelope. Corner radius Mailing method 1/8" (0.125") Mailable as-is (postal-approved) 1/4" (0.25") Must be mailed inside an envelope 3/8" (0.375") Must be mailed inside an envelope If your artwork uses a larger radius, plan for envelopes so the batch clears postal handling.
