• DO also remember that we’ll review your files free of charge, but our services are free for ONLY one (1) technical review
  
• DO create your files at the BLEED SIZE
  
• DO save your files as TIFF, EPS or JPG .
  Note: ONLY if you have a very slow internet connection, then save your images as hi-res max quality JPEGs to reduce files size
  
• DO make sure all images are 300dpi and CMYK
  
• DO Flatten your files
  
• DO make colors heavy in black “rich”
  
• DO proofread your files carefully. We do not run spell check or cross-reference any information
  
• DO allow yourself plenty of time just in case there is a delay in printing
  Note: 99.4% of all orders shipped on time

DON’TS:

• DO NOT use a border thinner than 1/4” on your job
  
• DO NOT save your files in RGB Mode
  
• DO NOT use “LZW Compression” when saving an image as Photoshop TIFF
  
• DO NOT use “JPEG or ASCII Encoding” when saving an image as Photoshop EPS
  
• DO NOT save your files at less than “HIGH” quality, (“MAXIMUM” recommended) when saving your file as a JPG.
  
• DO NOT place important elements closer than .25” from the bleed edge
