You need the "full" version of Adobe
Acrobat PDF (Not the Reader). If you do
not have the full version, please go to
Adobe's website or click here for a free
conversion. If you do have the full
version please follow these guidelines.

Make sure your files follow our
pre-press guidelines
All your images should be 300dpi
Under File > Print, choose the
Adobe PDF writer
Under Properties choose Press Quality
and Save your PDF
