DO'S:
  • DO remember that unlike our competitors, we will review your files for FREE!
  • DO also remember that we’ll review your files free of charge, but our services are free for ONLY one (1) technical review.
  • DEFINITELY DO "stuff" or "zip" your entire Quark Folder as depicted in STEP 8
  • DO create your file at the TRIM SIZE
  • DO include ALL fonts, ALL images and your quark file(s) of course.
  • DO include only TIFF or EPS images
Note: ONLY if you have a very slow internet connection, then save your images as hi-res max quality JPEGs to reduce files size.
  • DO make sure all images are 300dpi and CMYK
  • DO make colors heavy in black “rich”
  • DO proofread your files carefully. We do not run spell check or cross-reference any information
  • DO allow yourself plenty of time just in case there is a delay in printing
Note: 99.4% of all orders shipped on time
  • DO convert all Quark colors to CMYK mode

DON’TS:

  • DO NOT use a border thinner than 1/4” on your job
  • DO NOT use Quark Default BLUE >> it prints purple
  • DO NOT include RGB images, text or logos
  • DO NOT use “LZW Compression” when saving an image as TIFF
  • DO NOT save Photoshop EPS images with JPEG or ASCII encoding. ONLY BINARY
  • DO NOT place important elements closer than .25” from the bleed edge
  • DO NOT stylize fonts
