- You must submit all fonts used in your layout, logos, or images (see
illustration below)
- DO NOT “stylize” your fonts (see illustration
below)
- DO NOT use Multiple Master Fonts (fonts that have
“MM” in their name)
MACINTOSH Users:
There are two types of fonts: Type 1 and True Type.
Type 1: Has 2 parts.
a) Screen Font (usually inside a font suitcase)
b) Printer Fonts (also called postcript fonts)
You need to submit BOTH to print your files.
True Type:
True Type contains both parts in a single file.
True Type fonts are recognized by the three “A’s” in
the font icon.
FONTS
- Double check you have included all the fonts you used.

font name appears with “parentheses” surrounding it, such
as FRITZ QUADRATA in the below illustration

- To bold text, use the actual font, ex “Helvetica Bold”.
- DO NOT create bold text by use the type styles menu bar. Styles often
do not output well when outputting a job. Your styles may not appear
